NATIONAL CADET CROPS:NCC
NCC (National Cadet Crops) is a national organization which has helped in inculcation in the cadets a spirit of courage, confidence, self-reliance, selfless service, a feeling of patriotism, faith in oneself, power of thought and adjustment which are essential to make the youth disciplined and dutiful.
The NCC unit cadets of the College provide valuable voluntary services in many social activities. They involve themselves actively in providing voluntary services like in natural calamities. The cadets also perform other social duties like controlling the traffic points of the Dharmanagar town during big religious festivals like Durga Puja, Kali Puja etc. They also provide service of assistance in Programmes like blood donation camp and tree plantation. NCC cadets play an important role as far as security and discipline is concerned in each and every programmes of the college such as election of students’ union council, Nabin Baran etc.
